Great news for Mike Stern fans. He's back in the saddle after a serious injury. A new recording has begun with Jim producing. Seven songs have been tracked with many illuminates: Lenny White, Bill Evans, Wallace Roney, Teymur Phell, Dennis Chambers, Victor Wooten, Bob Franceschini and Tom Kennedy so far. Four more songs to be recorded soon with more special guests. Steely Dan is doing a Vegas run in April and Jim will be doing a couple of dates with John Scofield at Lincoln Center in May.
